Melanie leads Big Impact Books as an independent publisher, book promotion expert, and bestselling author. Her background includes over 20 years as a celebrity publicist and an award-winning journalist in radio, print, and TV, as well as work as a clothing designer and entrepreneur.
She earned a master's degree in journalism from the University of Southern California, graduating first in her class. She grew up in Canada, has lived on both US coasts, and now lives in Arizona.
